ROYAL ICING
4 TBS Meringue Powder
1 LB Powdered Sugar
1/2 CUP Water
1/2 tsp Corn Syrup
I normally double this recipe. This will create a thick icing perfect for outlining. To create the flood icing add a few drops of water at a time to get to the desired consistency.
